Looking sharp! After my back glass got busted, I went with a non-defrost for a couple reasons. That was what I found in the junkyard, I did not want to mess with the wires, and I don't use it anyway (well 3 reasons).

It’s definitely a clean look, my 89 coupe is a non power, non a/c option car but does have rear defrost which I don’t really use because the car stays inside…however I would only change it to put in an optic armor window because of the trim being hard to find.

Smart of you to go with someone that has done it for years. My father just got jacked by Safelite repair Safelite replace. They broke up his windshield trim and said they weren’t responsible and couldn’t replace the trim because the car was too old. He drives an early 2000’s Lexus LS.
