Hi Lucy Great job! This is very important information to know. You are one of very few people talking with a true banker to give us insight and information. I am always looking around to see what is going on in Dubai's real estate market. If possible, would you also show us some investment buildings? from 20 units to 50 units of apartments for sale as an investment option. There are some online but very bad information and photos. I think this would be more interesting to show us here on KZbin. No one is doing it. I am planning on making such an investment in Dubai eventually. Thank you

Hi Lucy, great video, will definitely be getting in touch if my off plan needs a mortgage, regarding the 6 month statements, can this be a savings account? So for example if I have £50k amount in my savings account rolling for 6 months before I apply, would that work? Thanks!
