Awesome content Emily. You should look at doing one of these lists for browser extensions into salesforce. As a new admin, I am finding everybody recommending different browser extensions to help with salesforce, and would love to get your take on some of the top extensions for this.

Hey Emily, I recently got my Professional Scrum Master I certification. I liked this one because it doesn't require you to maintain it like the CSM does. There are several different levels for the PSM, and employers look at the PSM I and the CSM as equal certifications! (At least that is what I was told)

Hmmm interesting! When I was in the consulting industry they often looked at the CSM at the better cert to get because of the agile methodology it’s more applicable to tech projects compared to the waterfall methodology. Maybe it’s starting to change! In any case the CSM is far easier to get.

Hi! Emily I'm currently doing your Udemy course on the AI Associate Certification. Love your videos! I wonder what you think about Commerce Cloud? Many people, (unfortunately also my PM) confuse it for another Salesforce Cloud but it is actually Demandware, and now I'm in a new project having to learn Demandware really fast 😰

This is the first I'm hearing of Flosum 😅 so I haven't yet developed an opinion on them. It would be interesting to see in what scenarios one works better than the other!

Awesome! Which HubSpot Certifications do you recommend to get?

I'm not super well versed in HubSpot certifications and they have a LOT of certifications. So do your research on which is best in the market. That being said I would look into the "hubspot software" certifications as those seem to be mainly focused on the administrative functionalities of hubspot.
