You are right you show a great work of young Brazilian judoka at 2:19 but she didn't use ude gatame even hara gatame (in this technique she would have to use her own belly and that didn't happen). We don't see it well but apparently it's hiza gatame where she pulls back opponent's right elbow to her left thigh and then armbar effect is coming. The opponent also immediately taps.

Coach? Coach is not on the tatami. Her bad behave in the fight only. And mainly: coach must not advise during fight. I don't understand why she found to help in her coach. It was only her mistake she of not being able to respond to good work her opponent.
