I can't believe so much stuff that I use in BJJ is banned. I get not pulling guard and pants grabbbing, but no breaking a grip with both hands!! What the heck 😭. Still gonna give Judo a shot regardless lol

This is based off of 2020 rules. They inexplicably brought back 2 handed grip breaks for the 2022-24 rules. I hope you give judo a chance though, in spite of all the silly rules it's an incredible sport and martial art
