Hey Caitlin, thank you so much for this awesome NON-YOGA stretch video. My eyes were opened two years ago to the truth about yoga being rooted in hinduism/idolatry/demon worship. Praise Jesus for showing us the truth that is the Gospel. I really love your videos. I always feel amazing afterwards. I am 24 weeks pregnant right now and got so excited to see your baby bump too! Hi Caitlin, just wanna say thank you for all that you’re doing on this channel! I’ve recently stopped doing yoga after I’ve learnt the origins behind it. It’s kinda tough because I don’t know much stretching exercises to do as an alternative, but thankfully I stumbled upon your channel! Would also extremely love for you to show any alternative stretches for ab muscles!

Hey Caitlin! I just wanted to thank you so much for making these videos! I loved stretching until I learned the truth about yoga! And you've helped me to stretch safely! This has blessed my body and relationship with God so much, and I love how you boldly include the Word! It's been a while since you've posted a video, which is totally okay. I can only guess at how busy you are, and your family must come first. But, if you sense that this is something you are meant to do, then please continue to post new videos when you can. It has been such a blessing in my life and so many others, and God only knows what this channel might become. But if God is leading you elsewhere, then by all means pursue that. You've already blessed us enough! Either way, thank you and I pray that you and your family be blessed!

Your videos are such a blessing! I am 52 and used to be in excellent shape. As I have gotten older, I realize that hard core workouts are not good for my body, but prefer walking and stretching. I hate yoga for many reasons, but it is the opposite of relaxing. Your stretches are exactly what I have been searching for! Thank you!

When I first started following you , I was not pregnant. Now I am due in 6 weeks and these stretches have been a lifesaver for my back /glutes.

Thank you so much for these videos! You are beautiful and I hope you are feeling well with your pregnancy. Not sure if you’ll have time for this, but perhaps some point in the future you could do a video going through a list of substitutions for common yoga poses. For example, what non-yoga stretch gives you the same kind of stretch as cobra pose, downward dog, etc. Maybe even discuss which poses are used in yoga routines, but aren’t actually yoga poses. For example, is a forward fold technically a yoga pose? Just a thought!

Thank you, Caitlin. I developed bursitis in my left hip and knee that left me in agony for a couple of months and actually needing a rollator. I am better now and there are some minor changes in the hip and L4-5 because I am almost 77. I have known not to get into yoga for years and years but I haven't had physical therapy available as yet because of our med system here in israel. Besides, they will recommend yoga and very few people refuse to see the spiritual connection.They think I'm nuts for refusing to do it. I am better and havent needed the rollator for about a week but I am very tired and weak and my walk and posture have gotten awful. I have no osteoporosis and was in great shape for my age but wow! This really knocked me out. When I googled, I was hoping for at least some non-yoga from anyone. I'm so glad to find a video series by a believer.

I love what you're doing with this channel. I love the fitness aspect of yoga, but I've recently learned of its demonic history. I'm so glad that I can still stretch and get stronger without having to worry about my soul lol.

I'm so thrilled that you have created these videos! I'm a Doula and Childbirth Educator and I'm very grateful to have a resource to send to my expecting mommies that is set apart from what the world offers. Yoga is so common in our culture now, that many people don't question it's roots (sadly, many of them Chrisitian). This is quite refreshing!!

Hi, thank you so much for doing your non-yoga videos, I needed that very much! I am going to start doing some streches now, I have actually been rather afraid doing any such thing, since the Lord told me, that Pilates is also yoga! I really value your videos ❤️ I want to ask tou something. Have you come across something called TRE ? It is "Tension and trauma releasing exercises" and it is used to make the body tremble and shake, in order to heal trauma and stress? I tried it a few times, and it was a very bad experience for me (it is supposed to bring peace to people)🙄🤔 I had to ask the Lord to forgive me for doing it.

Thanks you for these. I just heard you on Doreen Virtues channel. I have a loved one in siddha yoga, I'm hoping he will get out of it. I'm a recovering new ager and also a massage therapist. Many of my clients (I'm not in a big new age city anymore aka Portland and it s a little easier) say, shoul i do yoga? I tell them that stretching is really good! They rarely ask more about yoga and I encourage stretching. My grandmother didn't know what yoga was and she stretched every morning. She was born and grew up rural before yoga was introduced to the u.s. It's hard as I have done yoga and want to show them stretches. Not poses. Not the Hindu religion. My work is easier now that I don't work on yoga practitioners much anymore as I did in Portland and at a new age resort. I find people who do yoga, they're energy is very abrasive and are constantly demanding deep tissue (which I do no problem but it's different with them) and I never feel good after working on them. They bring a competitive spirit and have a gigantic ego. I've worked on professional athletes, high level lawyers and no one wears me out more physically and mentally than these yoga people.

To be honest all of the movements in this video are widely used in yoga classes and very common in yoga classes…so my question would be what exactly makes them non-yoga? The fact that you don’t use their names? Your great in doing them by the way and I’m just simply asking as I don’t see the difference…

I too would like to know. I have been practicing yoga since 2008 and now I am feeling the call towards Christ, but the stretching when done correctly are of great therapeutic value. How can one stretch in the same positions and not have it be a tribute to a Hindu deity? Isn't it like displaying a pentagram and calling it non-Satanic? I ask these out of total respect...I'm having a bit of an existential crisis right now.

I appreciate these videos so much, I hope its not rude but I would love to ask if you would ever consider doing a 45min to 1hour deep full body stretch?! It's not a big deal to do several videos but there is something about just having one long fluid video that would top it off!

Now I really think about doing these exercises cuz it's a NON Yoga course...thank u so much for seperating yourself from this evil That makes u have one follower more 😃 I also used to think that this might b helfpul not recognizing that it's idolatry And now I can go on writing a scientific paper about health promotion WITHOUT far eastern techniques

Oh man my lower back specifically my left hip has been killing me for weeks and I couldn’t figure out good stretches for it until Doreen Virtue gave you a shout out. I’m so grateful for this video!

That felt good. I have to use the blanket on the last one because these old knees are pretty shot. I'm still fairly flexible, surprisingly but I am weak. I definitely have to regain my strength.

I’m not familiar with these non yoga stretches. Are they medically proven to not be harmful, ? I’m not sure how to put it. Would a physical therapist say the stretches wouldn’t stretch you the wrong way or cause any damage ?

Hi, Caitlin. Thank you for making these videos. I've been trying to find alternatives to Yoga and am noticing a lot of Yoga positions blended with various forms of workouts. Most of the time the poses/assanas are defined (bear pose, warrior pose, etc) but not all the time. What is your opinion on planks? Did it originate in Yoga? I have read that 'planking' was made popular by the founder of Pilates, but my question would be 'where did he get it from?'...of course it is also considered a movement and not affiliated with Yoga? Planks are on soo many physical fitness tests for service members and first responders. So confused...it would be like someone saying that squats are Yoga. I don't want to come off as legalistic but I am also pretty convicted by my past activity in Yoga and don't want anything to do with it. Would really appreciate your opinion.

I’ve shared your videos with other, but today was my first time actually stretching with you. I’m grateful for you and your obedience. My body has been tight like a drum, causing pressure/pinching on a nerve in my leg. I’m surprised I feel a little different in my hips and low back. I wasn’t able to achieve the exact positions. However, being gentle with me seemed to relax my body a bit more.
