I am so thankful that I met Thay this year. He left his body on my birthday. I didn't know him that day. A strong sadness gripped me a few weeks after my birthday and I met Thay for the first time in one of his Dharma talks on KZbin. Since then, Thay has accompanied me every day and taught me so much, I absorb everything as if I had been on the verge of dying of thirst for years. I am so happy for this wonderful opportunity. Thanks! 🌺

Thank you Thay … What an example you have set in your life for us. ost recently,in the past few years I have been following the family of the tenor who sings in six languages fluently… whichever country he goes to. His son is also a tenor,and it seems to me they are setting an example through sound of love and non duality. His name is Andrea Bocelli and he is blind. I can come to my humanity and feel the “kingdom of God” that you speak of.The humility of his being is profound.

Good morning, I thought the teaching from the previous day was wonderful, but unfortunately I can't understand the one on the 26th because it has no subtitles, I am very grateful for the sangha sharing these videos, but I was wondering if you could add a subtitle. Thank you so much for everything!

As I am hearing impaired, there should always be an option for working closed caption. It lends to unnecessary frustration at this late day and age. Are you able to address this?
@plumvillageonline4 жыл бұрын
Dear friend, most of our videos have subtitles or closed captions. Due to some glitches in the system, some do not get the auto-generated subtitles. We try to fix this. Thank you for letting us know. 🙏

Religion does Discriminate that is why if i steal a cops car im arrested and sent to jail but if i leave his car alone he leaves me alone. I have great reverence for religious freedom. As a child, I was baptized in a Baptist church, and faith has always been an important part of my life. I was never taught, nor do I believe, that religion should be used as an excuse to discriminate.
