Dear Fred, I started listening to your teaching since a few months ago. Your teaching is so straight forward. This is not the first time I heard this episode. I was listening to your other lesson. At the end, KZbin automatically tuned me into this one. As I was cutting beets, for the very first time in my life, I felt "The Oneness" from the bottom of my heart but not through word understanding. Not by wordly understanding but by Feeling! How does one go about not feeling like the center? I find it difficult to abandon or change my relationship to all of the sensory cues which reinforce that feeling of relativity.

One doesn't go about not feeling like the center; and the one who tries that will not wake up from that practice - I guarantee it. ONENESS simply noticing that since there is only ONENESS, then gee, there IS NO center!

What you explain is scientific. As matter does not exist. At least as everybody thinks as it is. The matter is formed of particles. And the particles themselves are mathematical models that explain Nature's behaviour.

That body is not seeing anything. It's a sensing device for That, which is the seer. The body is the medium, not the end-user.

I like your vids, but I'm confused by how you'll sometimes talk as if "you" and "the unit" are two active entities, like when the unit came back and said "Oh good, I'm at the centre again". If there's no doer, and what you really are is incapable of influencing the Fred Davis unit, how is it that you can talk in this vid? Isn't talking a form of doing?

Being Enlightened is not a definitive state we can label. An indvidualized spark of consciousness is experiencing through the body, and enlightenment is a journey that changes throughout our human experience. One can be enlightened and still dwell in the shadows of other aspects. Having realized the Self/ Oneness doesn't suddenly dissolve all Karma, conditioning, egoic tendencies, patterns and so on (There are "enlightened" Gurus with Addictions, Anger and other "faulty trates"). It just makes it much more easier to finally see and acutally let go of the programming when we no longer are attached to those stories and see how irrelevant they often are. Try looking at the content and message provided, less at the labels we like to give things or the persona we see. Listen to your intuition, what feels right and what doesn't - even if everyone else would say otherwise. Not sure why I wrote all this, just the urge I guess and I helped me sort the thoughts.
