@FredDavisNonduality would you say that Awakening is a milestone in the path to enlightenment ? Enlightenment being Awakening integrated .... if we are to be honest , Awakening needs integration by the bodymind and that integration requires years , while Awakening can happen in a split second

29:20 Advaita Vedanta teaches whats going on here but that knowledge is not needed if you cut to the chase and go direct to the truth which is what you do. So for those that can't get past questions like "whats going on here" there is Advaita Vedanta and for those of have the capcity to cut to the chase and don't need all those details.. there is "Fed Davis"

My direct experience was with psychedelics. I 'awakened' using Ayahausca and Iboga, but I couldn't hold the state. As soon as the drugs wore off, I was back as the 'ego' me again. I'm searching for the awakened state through deep meditation, surrender into the nothingness, trying to get back to it in each moment without the drug. (Not having much luck)

What was there when you were high on psychedelics that was there when you got back? Weren’t “you” there through all of it? 1000 miles into DMT space and laying on the mat as you came out of it? I’m saying this for myself. Just reiterating for myself.

Fred, does awakeness remember mystical experience or is it the character/ego? I know I can't remember it accurately but this summer the ground zero of eternity was revealed. There was only that. Everything passed through the unit body with delight which was part of it all. "I've" had varying degrees of mystical experience since I was a child, which led me to various readings and teachings, but not like this one, it was eternal creation taking place. Eternal ecstasy. Like you said, the ultimate drug, with no adverse side effects. Now it is gone. And now I have discovered your channel. Coincidence or not? What's that saying? When you are ready for the teacher. I shall be joining the satsang soon but can't afford your privates, so to speak. :-)
