When you find these great keyword, then how do you use them, do you use them in the title? subtitle? or in the backend 7 keyword slots?

Great question! Usually in one of the 7 keyword slots, but if they are descriptive of your book, are catchy enough and won't look strange you could use them in a title, subtitle or in the book description.
