Amazing podcast. I will focus more on the chemicals of my brain than the technical analysis.

- The part that was the most interesting to me was about Parkinson's, how one part is affected by dopamine and the other isn't, as well as how it relates with sudden behavioral changes. Pretty scary stuff. As a side note, I've heard that biotechs that research Parkinson's and Alzheimer medications usually do not get FDA approval, due to the nature of the diseases being basically uncurable. It's a tricky sector to trade. - If you can use bundling to reinforce a behavior, you can probably use it to break bad habits too. I'm sure there's lots of stuff about it elsewhere, but one thing that comes to mind is eg, removing chairs from where you smoke to make it less comfortable so it becomes less pleasant - Also Robb: Try caprese salads, they're great. Basic Italian dish: tomato, mozzarella, basil; add some balsamic, salt, pepper, and olive oil

I have noticed that during a winning streak, I have taken trades that the signal was so close but just not right and that was when the losing began, high on dopamine maybe

Key takeaway is to tie 'the rush' to the PROCESS and not the results. SYSTEM over goals. You control dopamine because you can control both the process and the system.

The Probability of having X consecutive win/loss is about: 1/2^x (ex: the probability of having 5 straight win/loss is 1/2^5 or 1 / (2*2*2*2*2) = 1/32 (also need to factor in the win to loss ratio that you have)). Once you understand that, you get way less affected by streaks. I also noticed that when you hit a lot of win/loss, it's often caused by correlation in pairs that you trade. Hope it can help you guys.

For me, my win and lose is about how the market decides the wave is going. Not my control. I just riding the wave like a surfer. If it gives me negative result then it is because it is
