Hey Chris, Nope, no problem with the way you're doing the wagon. I think that the pace is great and you're pretty fun to watch & listen to. One other thing though, you are correct about saying that the poor old Chevelle needs a garage to be happy, plus it definitely would extend the life of it, that's for sure. I put a Sniper on my 77 C10. It was like driving a pissed off cat!!! It wanted to jackrabbit start from every stop! I ended up installing a 40% carburetor secondaries link. My link worked out to be 46% on the TPS so I just rolled with the 46%. Doing this REALLY HELPED!!! Now you would think that idle is idle but it was not. Now the primaries are working as intended. The factory way the Sniper works is that you are fighting the return springs on the primaries and secondaries. Now the peddle is not heavy and feels like any normal car. The engine is also behaving and the jackrabbit starts off every stop ended. It made the truck drive-able. I also used the Holley Dual Sync distributor. I wanted the Sniper to have total control over the air, fuel and fire. Love it!

Hi Chris, I love all your videos and the pace and detail is just right. I really like them because your videos are REAL. What I mean is, although you are much more advanced and knowledgeable than I am, your working conditions mirror what many of the rest of have. We use cardboard to lay on, whatever pan we can find to catch dripping fluid, jackstands because we can’t afford a lift, etc. and when you hit a speed bump in the process (break off a stud, radiator fan cuts into the radiator) you aren’t afraid to show us what happened, why it happened, and how you fixed it. That’s what makes it REAL, because that’s what we are also dealing with on our projects and builds. So even though your skills and shop are at a higher level than ours, we can totally relate to you, because we are one of you. Keep up the good work and videos. And thank you!

Hey Chris, love your videos and I'm learning so much about car repair. My first car back in 1970 was a 64 Dodge Dart with a slant six. It had a three speed on the column. It was a victim to PA rust and it was my daily driver. I learned how to sheet metal and pop-rivet to get through the PA Inspections. That slant six was amazing. You could dump crude oil in the engine and it would still run. LOL I always thought I'd take an auto mechanics course now that I'm retired but why pay for a course when I can just watch you. I've watched a few of your videos and admire your tenacity and skill ... but PA?? I was stationed there with the Marine Corps as an instructor at NAS Willow Grove just north of Philly in the late 1980s. Unfortunately, it just didn't 'click' with me. I had to get back to Texas a fast as I could. I didn't leave anything behind when I left Quakertown where we lived. Finally made it to Texas via, England, California, Germany then England again and finally home. My personal toy is a 1984 JEEP Grand Wagoneer that has been my fun, therapy, obsession and money pit since I bought her for $750 back in 1998. You make things look easy and you married a real 'keeper' for sure. Thanks, USMC Retired 1966-1989
