How could you melt a lead free solder with 219^? Very impressive.

The thing is like this, 219C is the melting temperature of Lead-Free solder. we put lower IR heater at 150C, and upper hot air gun at 400C. we control the heat by moving the handheld Hot air gun back&forth to heat up the local area to 219C. The advantage of this method is that you use two heat source to reach 219C, & heat will spread even better through the whole board VS applying excessive heat from 1 source(hot air) to reach 219C that can easily melt surrounding FPC connector and plastic.
