@dextermorgan4432 I posted a reply yesterday but it appears to have disappeared. It was a doozy, but I'll give 'er another go... Saying that anything I've done is reminiscent of ZZ is a top compliment in my book! I'm a lifelong fan, they were one of the first real bands I saw live - I brought my drumsticks to the show so I could air drum during their set and I would occasionally sit in with my dad's band and play Tush at bars when I was 8 or 9. Furthermore, I have a Degüello tattoo on my arm (even though Tejas is my favorite album). Dan and I often played ZZ songs at Alkaline Trio soundchecks, usually Precious and Grace or Beer Drinkers & Hellraisers, and this happened one Halloween! instagram.com/p/BBXmQXYt5P4 Thanks again for the compliment, it was the highlight of my week.
