I’m an off and on rarran viewer who just got sucked down the rabbit hole that was all the tho/rarran drama. I watched the interviews and i had a thought. If you haven’t tried them before, there’s the boomsday puzzles in HS, they have some interesting game states you have to solve depending on the goal. The lethal ones specifically have most, if not all of the game states taken from previous pro matches. It could be interesting to see the ygo combo potential transfer over to solving some of the puzzles previous pro HS experiences. If you already knew about them then ignore me and carry on. I’ve enjoyed the videos I’ve watched so far o7

The people who say One Piece only gets good after episode X are fucking lying. The entirety of East Blue is pretty fun and a pretty good representation of what OP is about - and while obviously it's less _hype_ than later arcs plot wise, at least it doesn't suffer from the pacing issues OP gets with the mega arcs later. Honestly I can't imagine anyone hating the first 100 episodes and then suddenly changing their mind and going "oh no this is actually pretty good" when they get to Dressrosa.

Idk man it always felt pretty unsubstantial for a very long time. Like sure it had its little moments that tug at the heartstrings but outside of those moments i was not impressed. It was Water 7 that it all started feeling meaningful with characters actually making by progress on their arcs.
