He focus on saving Medusa and cannot realize Lich's ulti was comming what only happens in a half of second. Even if he did not swap Medusa back, Medusa would die faster anyway so his choice is a must and right. About ice3 he supposed to see Lich's ulti 3 seconds before, he did run out but he turned back closer, that helped Lich's ulti eliminate Medusa with an additional bounce.

Game 1 : nice draft to counter pl, but not good enought because i think nigma play better in game one and they manage to maintain to late game. And every body know, if u let miracle pl go late game it ll be hard to win. Game one is intense in mid games but because nigma played better they excuse late game very well.
