​@@Blacktolite Yes, it's a real house. Noochie's grand parents owned the house. Noochie's Dad also grew up in the house, it still remains in the family. They have no plans on selling it. Noochie mentioned in a past interview that his family has been living on that street longer than any of the other neighbors so they don't trip about the front porch concerts or the noise. They show love and support of what he's doing.
