Mặt bằng kinh doanh ở Hà Nội rất đắt đỏ, lượng người ăn thì lại rất đông nên thái độ trong cviec là rất gấp rút và tập trung để bắt kịp, ko phải người Bắc ko tốt bụng mà họ tôn trọng ko gian và thời gian của nhau. Có 1 điều ko thể phủ nhận là đồ ăn ở HN rất đa dạng và ngon với hương vị đậm đà. Và Miền Bắc có 4 mùa nên các loại rau sẽ ngon hơn miền Nam, ngược lại miền Nam có nhiều loại quả nhiệt đới và hạt hơn miền Bắc. Thường thì các nguyên thủ quốc gia sẽ được tiếp đón ở HN và chiêu đãi = các món ăn miền Bắc. Chưa có ai chê cả. Bánh cuốn, xôi xéo HN cũng rất ngon để thử

But you know how to enjoy the flavors of all. The way you eat and enjoy food is very much like me. Btw Is the Bun Ngan you tried in Ngõ Tô Hoàng? If not try go there once... its super good. And I think you shud try many other kinds of Hanoi Pho: nạm, Gầu, bắp, nầm, sốt vang, tái lăn, Phở gà ... and Bún cá, Miến lươn xào, Bún tôm Hải phòng, Bánh đa cua..Cháo lòng...

Max, you really should do food tour for tourists on the side. I would pay for you to take us to these places.

I always thought that's where he can make a ton of money is charging overseas tourists for food tours. He can ask for a lot of money, unlike local tours since he speaks perfect English and understand the Western culture but has Vietnamese food knowledge. He should definitely do something like this or write up top 10 spots for banh mi, pho, bun bo Hue, etc., and sell that information as well as places to go and see.

You should visit Thanh Hoa, the locality has many beautiful scenes and delicious food. There are beautiful beaches and delicious seafood. especially Thanh Hoa is home to the most kings, so there are many delicious traditional dishes from ancient times.
