Hi Andrew, could you please tell me how to delete the stored images and video on the app on my phone. Formatting the SD card does not delete them.

Ron, have you subscribed to any of the cloud services, even on a trial basis? I'm wondering if you are seeing the cloud versions of the files rather then the SD card ones.

@@GNCandrew No i have not subscribed to any of the cloud services. I just have a 128GB Card.

After formatting the card the video is still there, you just cannot run them.

@@ronhadd8981 The only thing I can think of is that the app itself is holding onto a few images. Have you tried clearing the cache? Account > App settings > Clear cache

How far back does the video go with a 64 or 128gb card?

That's a really good question that isn't really answerable. I have a 16MB card and it goes back many weeks..... but not much happens in my back garden at this time of year. Couple of cats, me putting the rubbish out....you get the idea. On the other hand, if your camera was triggered by passing cars you get more recordings taking place and so on, which would short the life of the card. If I get a chance over the next few days, what I'll do is take the card out of the camera and see how many MB a clip uses up.

Brandon, sorry, I made a mistake in my original response. I thought the Nooie was like the Arlo and only records when this is motion but the Nooie records constantly. Anyway, I reformatted my SD card early on 22/2/23 and I've checked the same time today (two days later). I've used about 6 GB data on my card. So with a 64 GB card, you'd get about ten days of constant recording.

I thought you could move the cam within the app as well?

That depends on the model. This particular model doesn't support PTZ - pan tilt zoom - but some of the other models do. For example the egg-shaped internal one does.

Hi, it's underneath the little plastic cover where you insert the SD card. It's not a pinhole - it's the plastic thing below the card slot.
