Even though I agree that the Naruto verse scales higher, I think you’re underestimating Sukuna and the JJK verse. Tsunade wouldn’t be able to survive Malevolent Shrine, he wouldn’t even need to use his flame. The only reason Mahoraga was able to walk through Malevolent Shrine was because he was partially adapted against his attacks and Mahoraga’s regeneration is superior to Tsunade. Tsunade’s durability isn’t particularly impressive, yes she is physically very strong, and has great regeneration, but I don’t think Sukuna would need Malevolent Shrine against her. She can’t blitz him, he can regenerate just as well as she can, and his attacks are more lethal. Hokage Kakashi is a different story because he is faster and has a lot more flexibility. He is likely to sneak attack him like he did to Kakuzu. Sukuna has insanely good instincts and senses, but he can still be caught off guard, especially if he doesn’t know of Kakashi’s clone ability. I’d give this fight to Kakashi. Hiruzen, at least from the Chunin Exam arc, is insanely versatile… but he doesn’t have the insane mobility that Kakashi or any of the stronger Hokages have. He would not be able to blitz Sukuna, I’d say 15 fingers Sukuna beats him. Prime Hiruzen should be able to face 20 fingers Sukuna though. Tobirama is a significantly more difficult opponent for Sukuna than all the previous ones, and is the first character who could escape Malevolent Shrine thanks to his teleportation. With that said, Sukuna is able to handle teleporting opponents like when facing Gojo’s rapid teleportation, or Todo’s Boogie Woogie. With that said, I’m betting on Tobirama on this one. Minato is even more difficult for Sukuna, and wins. He didn’t have Kurama during his life, so in this fight he shouldn’t have him either. Just with his teleportation, sealing, and rasengan, he should beat Sukuna. With that said, a single large rasengan won’t be enough. Sukuna survived many strikes which are way more lethal than a large rasengan (multiple hollow purples especially). His durability is insanely underrated. Still, Minato wins by sealing him. Hashirama is more powerful than all the previous Hokage, so he would have an advantage, but I’d say he is not guaranteed a win here simply because he has no counter to Malevolent Shrine. Naruto talks no jutsu win in 5 minutes. Even if that fails, he still wins the battle. Shikamaru loses though. I’m sorry bro, Sukuna can use dismantle even without moving, and Shikamaru has no way of knowing or sensing it.

Shikamaru is one of the weaker ninja even in his own verse. Hes all strategy and doesnt have any durability or speed feats. One of the few named ninja that Sukuna can definitely beat who is low mid in a head on 1v1. Sukuna is getting dogwalked by practically any hokage 1v1. Just the speed difference between the verses is a deciding factor in itself. The fastest characters in jjk are around mach 3, and Naruto high-top tiers are many times faster. Even if we equalize speed, the hokages are generally just physically stronger and more durable. I don't know if Sukuna can even trap any of them in his domain long enough to do anything significant. Most of the hokage can either tank it and heal: Hashirama, Tsunade, teleport away before anything happens: Tobirama, Minato, Naruto (may as well be teleporting), or do some hax BS and just substitute jutsu their way out. Hokage Kakashi is not only fearless, but his chakra nature gets nerfed by sukunas weapon, that literally negs lighting. That is what happens when you turn powerscaling into a sudoprofession, you start to take hyperbolic statements as facts: Haku is lightspeed and so is kid Sasuke since he hit him, even tough Itachi is incapable of reacting to REAL lightning of Kirin! Nearly 0 sorcereres can activate domain expansion multiple times in a day, apart from characters with absolutely massive amounts of CE (sukuna) or characters who have practically infinite amounts (gojo, hakari). So this means if characters did use the same amount of CE for attacks and CE reinforcement they'd only be able to fight for very short amounts of time. Ds characters would easily dodge their maximum of 3 attacks (Most ds humans better stamina feats than jjk humans) and one tap them easily. It's also stated that CT burns out immediately after domain expansion (with yuta, even after a little while, his CT hadnt come back) . In jjk, characters use their cursed techniques multiple times in a fight, one example being mahito and their cursed energy doesn't seem to burn out even after tens of uses. After one domain expansion however, Uro and yuta couldn't use their cursed techniques after one domain expansion. Keep in mind yuta not even that long ago had his cursed energy replenished by rika. Also, there's jogo himself, who right after using domain expansion couldnt use RCT to heal his body (unless beheading slows it down or stops it for curses, as gojo says that beheading can stop RCT for sorcerers at least, idk if it applys to curses since they are naturally better at RCT) after gojo beheaded him. So basically, characters don't scale to their domain in terms of AP and durability.

I can understand the scaling and all, but what actual concrete value would having shadow clones add into the fight? We've seen that shadow clones are usually taken out in one hit, and cleave could just auto target onto the clones which shouldn't be an issue for Sukuna.

it depends on the strength of the enemy or how strong they decide to make the clones. Naruto sent multiple across multiple battlefields in the 4th great ninja war, who all fought full length battles.

Naruto practically ended the war by sending one shadow clone to each battlefield and helped if not downright beat up some of the strongest reanimations by himself. The one that defeated the Third Raikage was a Naruto clone. And that Naruto clone later on went to smack the Second Tsuchikage with a Rasengan and then helped in fighting Madara before being taken out. Even in early Naruto, his clones could take a few hits before disappearing

That's just false with verse equalization Naruto can sense and fight Madara's limbo clones that are imperceptible as they occupy a seperate plane of reality Every senjutsu user Naruto, Hashirama, Tsunade, Minato will all be able to perceive cleave and dismantle Sharingan Kakashi will be able to see it like gojo can Hiruzen and tobirama can probably also perceive it as they probably have senjutsu but i'm not sure, yet it doesn't matter because they blitz him regardless

Gojo definitely could, and about Naruto it's not about seeing Cleave or dismantle. It's about sensing the attacks. He couldn't see the limbo clones, but his ability to perceive danger is so acute he was able to fight transdimensional beings that could not be perceived. The only reason Gojo did as well as he did against the Akatsuki is his Limitless and the stun effect of his Domain. Sukuna is not able to do that, so he has no way to prevent attacks hitting him, so the only way he can survive is Reverse Cursed Technique, but that won't last long

Gojo himself pretty much confirmed that sukuna has never fought all out even in his fight with gojo, and fully reincarnated sukuna is significantly stronger than than the sukuna that fought gojo. So taking into consideration his fight with lightning farmer, him being light speed isn't a stretch imo. Also i just have some things to say, I like the video idea and all, but some things were off, no character in the manga has ever seen cleave or dismantle, Hayuta quite literally jumped into Sukuna's domain, as well when Gojo was attacked by it, he more or so felt its rapid approach entrapping infinity before it reflected into the sky scraper above them, and as for the Kamui snipe, the 10 tails tail is quite a bigger target than someone's head however as far as JJK is now we dont know enough so sukuna is most likely losing most match-ups.
