Honestly, I left Unlimited Void out because I didn't think there was any need to mention it. The domain expansion does not inflict damage, meaning Gojo still has to do the killing blow himself. Which it's already debatable if he can even do. The Darkness Devil being immobile doesn't change the fact a maximum Hollow Purple might not critically damage it. Not to mention, it's a whole entirely new discussion if a Primal Fear would even be effected getting flooded with infinite knowledge and information, considering they're already an eldritch horror beyond human understanding. If this was the case, I think Cosmos would just be an easier counter to Darkness Devil which is not the case. Domain Expansion doesn't change the outcome, it's frankly not even important to the fight. But I'm sure there will be those who disagree.

Kenjaku is actually very correct caude of her manipulation but u cant deny there is some hard similarities to gojo like her full control over the government aka one man government which is gojo and she is presented as invincible like gojo but kenjaku is never presented that way. when u count the whole body possession she is more similar to kenjaku but she has some similarity to gojo. In the end though shes a really unique character and is very special when u count her influence on the mc and her position in the story.

Gojo's abilities are pretty "normal" If we're talking about fiction in general. He's powerful in his verse because he's an all rounder. He doesn't have a glaring weak point. He has high offensive power, high defensive capability, can debuff his opponent and have healing capability, but he's still susceptible to concept based ability, and his offense can be nullified against immortal or indestructible enemies. His biggest strength is his limitless that is a concept base ability. Its something that either works or not

The reason UV is so strong in universe is that Gojo can win almost any domain battle and has the means to one-shot almost anyone. This combination of abilities means that UV is an instant kill on anyone other than Sukuna, who can break Gojo's domain from the outside. I'd say that Sukuna's domain (turning Cleave into a ranged one-hit kill) is more lethal on its own. Higuruma's domain is also very powerful, granting an absurd advantage in combat, assuming the death penalty is administered.

Also the ability to break a domain from outside isn't a property of Malevolent Shrine or Womb Profusion by that extension, that's a skill of the user because it's an open barrier. All domains with a physical attack have the same potential that MS and WP have if they were open barrier. Jogo, Dagon, Megumi and Yorozu could all also break barriers with open domains. Hence, your argument is wrong.

Then the DD contorts Denji like a paper ball with zero telegraph (we get one as readers but in their world he’s just awkwardly standing). Denji has metaphysical erasure which scales above hollow purples physical erasure & DD scales above that so it’ll only burn him like Sukuna. So in character Gojos brain is fucked constantly by looking at him. His RTC goes to that so he can’t spam domain. His Domain is dark so it amps DD not kill him arguably, but in all honesty he tanks like Sukuna. DD blitzes at an incomprehensible speed and makes him the crumpled one as he can get through infinity if it takes Denjis metaphysical erasure to even POSSIBLY hurt him without there being a light source. And adds him to his moon man collection.

i think he asked that question because there's an obvious opening that he'd have to fall through that still connects to Earth, and with how fast his teleportation is, he could possibly teleport out immediately... Also, the only viable loophole to get Gojo out of hell is the teleportation seals he used in Jujutsu Kaisen 0... You'd have to argue that, he already has a prepared seal somewhere on Earth, and all he needs to do is create an identical one and activate it with the incantation, and he'd be teleported back to Earth somehow.

Every being contains dark matter inside. Darkness devil is instantaneous in darkness, he teleports close to Gojo, uses darkness manipulation to behead or explode Gojo's brain by just pointing or looking at him or saying some witchcraft word, no physical attacks needed. GG What about domain expansion? The cosmos devil's attack is far more potent than Gojo's and even she is afraid of primal fears, doesn't matter if she was a fiend at the time. Omniscience cannot overwhelm a transcendent non-mortal entity that embodies universal darkness (omnipresence) and the vast vacuum of space. The fear itself is just too fundamental to be erased, there's a reason why darkness is primal. If Pochita hypothetically ever eats the Darkness devil, everyone's perception of reality will alter because dark matter would no longer exist and be forgotten. Darkness is just too fundamental.

Correction as i'm watching the video. Hollow Purple isn't deletion or erasure, it just does a lot of damage and tears anything it touches to shreds because it's trying to accomplish the impossible task of attraction and repulsion at the same time. So in a sense, if your durability is high enough to tank it then you'd be fine, though it's unclear how durable you'd have to be. The reason Sukuna survived the first Hollow Purple in his fight with Gojo is because he used Cursed Energy reinforcement and Domain Amplification to protect his arms a catch it, and even then his arms were completely destroyed. The second time Gojo used it in their fight, Sukuna survived because the Purple was much weaker since it was an on the fly explosion rather than being concentrated and fired at a chosen target. Despite that though, it still decimated Mahoraga and left Sukuna on death's door.

What about Darkness' telekinesis? Does it surpass Gojo's limitless? In the case that is possible, Darkness could just point his finger and Gojo would be sliced. So it all depends on that. Edit: I also forgot that, in addition, there is a good chance that the nightmarish body we see of the Darkness Devil is actually only a puppet powered by a fraction of Darkness' power because: 1. When Darkness appeared, a door opened that had some dark liquid and only what seemed like a drop of that liquid descended and formed the body from afar. 2. Darkness promised Santa "a piece of his flesh" in exchange for Denji's heart. And when Santa receives said piece of flesh, instead of it being pale and human-like, it's the same dark liquid from before. 3. It would make sense why Darkness would send a puppet and not his main body cuz the infamous Hero of Hell is there; if the Chainsaw Devil eats "all of" the Darkness Devil, Darkness would be wiped clean from existence. Though Darkness was probably disappointed with his preparation when he found that Denji is nothing compared to Pochita's real form. Edit no.2: I read a theory that said the Darkness Devil has telekinesis because it's actually controlling shadows as if it's an object, meaning when Darkness points his finger, the shadow that's within your body cuts you from the inside. If this is how his telekinesis works, then Gojo would be completely defenseless. As for how Makima opposed Darkness' power once, I have my own theory. I think that particular "point and damage" ability of Makima was actually from her borrowing the power of someone else's contract with the Darkness Devil. In other words, someone made a contract with Darkness in which he/she gained that telekinesis in exchange for a hefty price, but then Makima used her authority as the Control Devil to control that contractor and use his/her contract even after death like how she used Sawatari's Snake Devil contract even though Sawatari was dead. So Makima used Darkness' ability against itself which is probably why right before he chucked the dark sword at Makima, the 4 faces on his torso looked so pissed lmaooo. Also also, this "pointing" is different from the "bang!" because that one shoots the target like an invisible bullet. I think she gained that one after defeating and controlling the 20% of the Gun Devil. Hmmm, was that how Aki "just happened to become the Gun Fiend" and "just happened to go exactly to Denji's doorstep"? It's a curious thought.

Gojo has infinite stamina, he doesnt run out of ce under normal circumstances (as yuta said). Not only did he use 200% output but it also didn't even kill Sukuna and it gets worse when Gojo uses a hollow purple nuke and it also doesn't erase Sukuna. It gets rid of mahoraga but it doesn't "erase" Sukuna so if it can't auto erase tangible objects why would it be able to erase intangible objects? The craziest part is Sukuna isn't even the only example of purple not erasing its target from existence, Hanami also survived hollow purple so... yeah even people FAR weaker than gojo can survive that attack, it does not erase people from existence. In fact if you want to go further, not a single time in JJK has purple ever erased someone or something from existence. Not even Toji was erased from existence when he was hit by purple, he just died normally and not even a part of his soul was missing from his body. How do we know this, Ogami would have said something about a part of Toji's soul being missing if the part of him hit by gojo was erased from existence. So not only has gojo never erased someone from existence but the times where he has killed someone with purple hasn't erased part of their existence. Also, just because chainsaw mans world does not have nuclear weapons does not mean they don't have hydrogen weapons which began development a couple of years into the cold war which has been implied to have still happened in chainsaw mans world. Meaning that while they may not have nuclear bombs they may still have hydrogen ones which are actually more powerful than nuclear bombs in some cases.

Cursed Energy outputs work on a different conceptual level from the actual effects. It's how Simple Domain/ Domain Amplification (DA being what Sukuna used to survive based on how he was combatting Red) used by weaker characters can block insane attacks (see Kusakabe vs Kenjaku's Uzumaki or Sukuna base dismantle in the new chapters, or Gojo vs Sukuna's domains). A technique's actual effect reaching the opponent is based on cursed energy output, especially in cases where the target is proficient enough to employ techniques like Simple Domain or Domain Amplification. Simple Domain's low output is also the reason it doesn't last against a real domain for more than a few seconds. This is likely Gege's Bleach inspiration rearing its head; abilities work similarly in that series.

In fact this CE output theory doesn't actually work since Sukuna who can actually cut existence itself was able to completely bypass infinity using actual existence-cutting slashes. So if hollow purple actually erased things from existence, why doesn't it bypass output like Sukunas slash does to Gojo's infinity barrier, something that automatically adjusts itself to stop attacks? The infinity barrier in of itself has a level of output to it that can change either automatically or gojo can do so manually like he did with Hanami to crush them. Even if we say that a techniques actual effect reaching the opponent is based on output, Toji literally has NO output and i don't think a single person would agree with you if you tried to say Hanami had higher or even relative output than/to Gojo especially since we see what happens to them in the shibuya arc where they got completely obliterated by just the BARRIER alone. On top of this one can't even say Hanami used domain amp to survive because they didn't even know that the hollow purple was coming at them, it completely caught them by surprise and the still managed to survive it. We quite literally cannot give Hanami the benefit of the doubt on this since purple is the combination of red and blue and red has 2x the output of blue while blue is stronger than the base barrier. Hanami getting killed by it is not helping this cursed energy output narrative and Toji's very soul being intact definitely doesn't help. Even if you scream curse resistance to high heaven, that's all it is, resistance not immunity and it only goes so far as seen where Maki still was burned and injured by Jogo's fire. If an attack is that much stronger than you are, even with curse resistance it can still have its effect (such as burning).

You can't dismiss output as a "theory" when it's been shown time and time again to play a crucial role with users of domain amplification/ simple domain. Ch. 232, p.10: Domain Amplification can neutralise the low output of neutral limitless, but cannot *completely* handle red and blue which have higher outputs. Purple logically has even higher output than that, and this tracks with Sukuna losing a hand to 200% Purple that lost CE as it travelled, but coming out with a few burns vs Red. Both cases were likely uses of Domain Amplification. Red and Blue are not just attraction and repulsion; they are spatial warps. Blue is the creation of negative mass ("impossible situations like -1 apples"-Ch. 69, p. 15) to create a 'magnetic effect', with Red being a double output reversal of the magnetism. It's not force, but instead space warping to compensate for and correct paradoxical phenomena. You don't "resist" Blue or Red like you do the likes of Pain's Shinra tensei, because they warp reality and distance instead of applying a concussive force. Sukuna using DA to defend means he's "bending" the technique's concept around his body, but the hollow barrier of DA can only handle a certain level of output.

I’m not saying this video is bad, but there’s one key thing you left out about Gojo. Domain Amplification. Stated in the manga, it basically negates any supernatural abilities and powers, meaning the only things that can harm is physical damage. This ontop of infinity basically means he isn’t getting touched, because it negates both cursed techniques, and the sure hit of domain expansion. If we take the darkness of the darkness devil, since we’d have to make a situation it’d get through infinity, we’d also have to make the situation that it acts the same as a domain. Which, it basically does. That means Domain Amplification would negate any kind of attack in this darkness. Which, stated by the chainsaw man manga, allows the darkness devil to basically have full control over everything the darkness touches. As well, due to cursed energy, shown by Yuta or Hakari, their cursed energy are completely abnormal compared to other people’s cursed energy. If we’re taking this concept with Gojo (Who technically by default sorcerers is beyond wild) then it’d create its own light source, because cursed energy can be used in many different ways. Just wanted to put this in as well, Infinite void doesn’t just stun enemies. Say you think of a word, like Apple. You’ll then be forced to think everything about that word, infinitely. Starting with the word A infinitely, so on and so forth. Also it’s stated in the manga, it basically rots one’s brain, due to the overload of information, you’ll basically slowly die over time, and since you’re already stunned, regenerating won’t work, because he can make it long as last as he wants it too. One more thing, infinite void makes the opponents feel everything and see everything at the same time, as well as feel and see nothing. This means, technically, any devil would soon be afraid of its own existence or concept, such as darkness with the darkness devil, or devils in general. This also means they can feel being pierced and burned at the stake, or hurt by infinite abilities, any and every emotion, every mental disorder, disability, disease, basically any and everything. Here's an issue he'd run into with Eternity. The part 1 version of the Eternity Devil was only able to even be attacked because it chose to reveal itself. Which he only did as part of a deal with the public service folks. That version of Eternity may be able to just hang out until Gojo dies of thirst or something. Part 2 ED may be a bit different. We know that a devil's powers can change on each incarnation, so part 1 and 2 may work under different rules. This is one of those tricky things about Chainsaw Man, where they intentionally don't explain how most powers work unless it matters directly to the plot.

This thing with the Darkness Devil is that while the Darkness Devil is insanely faster than Gojo, even if it cuts off Gojo's arms, a reverse cursed-technique with a quick Infinite Void would almost guarantee Gojo's win, as it works on any conscious being, after and Infinite Void Gojo could Hollow Purple it and granted Infinite Void isn't actually a dark void but a white one, the Darkness Devil can't recover from a Hollow Purple which engulfs it whole, I think it's a first strike capability fight, if the Darkness Devil decapitates Gojo before ha can do anything he wins, if Gojo traps the Darkness Devil with his domain before the Devil can do anything, Gojo wins, it's a 50/50 fight Also of course we haven't seen all the Darkness Devil's abilities, so this is a rough estimation of how the fight would go about with our current understanding of the Darkness Devil

Question wasn't the first hollow purple blocked by sukuna because he used domain amplification, and also the only reason it did not kill sukuna even with DA is because sukuna was far away. Also I feel like the uncontrolled hollow purple does less damage since it is not directed at anyone, and the only reason sukuna took more damage then at the start of the fight is because he was close to the point of impact.
