Listen to the alaap before the last sher. It conveys sadness that is in the last sher. She conveys the sher before she sings it. She understood the soul of the ghazal. Does anyone else feel that ? Yes you are perfectly right. From start to the end of this Ghazal she performed great and she made pain of this Ghazal feelable in that Alaap. Seldom people can understand this delicacy. Bravo!

Yes ! Dryness of throat is clearly there before word Ayena... And even starting of the last stanza. Firstly the starting Alaap is mesmerising, as hardly anyone does now these days. This sets the mood of whole upcoming ghazal. Don't know the real composer and raag. But seems hardly anyone has done some good songs or ghazal in it. I believe this is her best best work, Firstly Ghazal, then composition, and her best work.
