Lose the wind deflectors man!!! Every irish "petrol heads" first upgrade is wind deflectors and mudflaps 🤐🙈🙉🙊

Haha couldn't agree more, thankfully doesn't have the massive mud flaps. I might as well leave the wind deflectors there as it might make the next fella buy it more easily 😁

I have a 02 530I. Transmission service, differential service, oil changes done. Leather still looks new, drives and shifts extremely well. Approaching 197k & RIDES GREAT. Your video was a breath of fresh air for me.

Is there a muffler delete done to the exhaust? Sounds raspy compared to the stock exhaust

@_umbro prints the exhaust is stock with the muffler and everything there. Does sound good. Maybe because I have the mic close to the exhaust.

@@noorshah96 im in two minds of doing a muffler delete on my one but afraid it will take from the sound of the engine when it hits up in the rpms cant beat that sound!

@_umbro Prints yeah I get ya, they do sound nice high up in the revs. If I was to do something with the exhaust, I would probably do the whole thing including a good set of headers/manifold and the rest of the exhaust as well. while increasing the sound it will enhance response too

@@noorshah96 would an m5 manifold work on it would there be much of a power increase?

@@_umbroprints3886 it probably won't be compatible in the first place as that's a V8 and 530i I6. But they might make a difference on the 540i as they are V8. I've heard people trying to repurpose n52 manifolds so there might be some benefit in that. I'll look into it out of interest now and keep you updated if I plan to change anything.
