I'm sort of in the middle. I HATE sleeping in pajamas/clothes. It's so uncomfortable and constricting. Any time you go to turn, your pants or shirt twists and wraps around you and you have to pull the fabric to straighten it out, and it's just a nightmare; I also get hot easily.. On the other hand I don't like to sleep completely naked. It feels uncomfortable to let everything out, and it feels a bit too vulnerable. I think sleeping in underwear is perfect. It's not hot, it's not uncomfortable. You feel free but secure.
