Me and my dad would listen to Norah all the time when I was little. He passed away a few years ago and I cry everytime I hear “don’t know why” and “7 years” because those were our favorite and they remind me of him😭I absolutely love this song and I know he would’ve too🩷☺️

From the first time, I felt the click in my heart (I keep running, I'll keep running away) Tried to sleep, but the aching tears me apart (I keep running, I'll keep running away) Oh, if I wasted the day (I keep running, I'll keep running away) Oh, does it hurt me to stay (I keep running, how, 'cause I don't want to pay) Stars shine, but start to fade in the light Love is blind, could be wrong or it could be right In a bind, telling myself it's for you For you (na-na-na-na, na, na-na-na-na, na, na-na-na-na, na, yeah, yay, hey, hey) For you (na-na-na-na, na, na-na-na-na, na, na-na-na-na, na, yeah, hey) In the night, the devil knocks on my door (I keep running, I'll keep running away) Another laugh, and the same thing happened before (I keep running, I'll keep running away) Oh, and he begs me to stay (I keep running, I'll keep running away) Oh, really take me away (I keep running, how, 'cause I don't want to pay) Stars shine, but start to fade in the light Love is blind, could be wrong or it could be right In a bind, telling myself it's for you For you (na-na-na-na, na, na-na-na-na, na, na-na-na-na, na, hey, hey, hey, hey) For you (na-na-na-na, na, na-na-na-na, na, na-na-na-na, na, hey, hey, hey, hey) For you (na-na-na-na, na, na-na-na-na, na, na-na-na-na, na, hey, hey, hey, hey)

@Requiemslove8 ай бұрын
I think she does. See, watch this, Jones will likely promote her album for a few weeks or so [it is totally fantastic by the way] and then set it aside and do other things. I hope the podcast comes back soon, maybe we can have a few months of that before the tour? With episodes sprinkled with a few songs from the album done with special guests. What I'm trying to say because I don't want to bore you and ramble [sorry if I have] is that, she DOES know how good she is. It's why she can enjoy her life away from the stage and that, and get's to do so without anyone prying. She's SO GOOD people respect her talent and abilities and just let's her live. Music for Jones is basically her oldest hobby. And she made a conscious decision long ago to NOT be like what the Taylor Swifts of this world are like. [And IMO she's a 1000 times better than such] She doesn't do this chasing the fame and attention.

I listened to "Visions" twice tonight. It's too late now where I am so whelp the music dies. [for tonight] I definitely intend to play that album many more times in the near future. I was hooked before the end of the last song on the first listen, and addicted to the ruddy thing completely by the end of the second listen. I feel like a fish that's been caught. Please let me go and don't eat me Norah. All the best to you and yours. A long time fan.
