Attack or be attacked. Great racing out there Jeff! To our viewers, what do you want more guidance or videos on? Want more sprint finishes? Maybe help on how to get into a breakaway? Or what to do or not do once you're in the breakaway? Or simply, how to conserve in a group of racers and make it to the finish line?

I'd love to see more breakdowns of other riders footage that is submitted; critiques of lower category races that can demonstrate common mistakes newer racers make. I'd also love to see some breakdown of some women's races. I find that women's crit racing, especially at more local and regional races, the racing is very different from the men's fields in general and the strategies are somewhat different in smaller fields.

I am not a racer myself but I am surprised on the importance you put on the break-aways. You do "le slingshot" (catapulte) quite often aswell as deciding to bringing back the take aways yourself even if you have still 20+k to go.

Very good tactical racing. A very clever rider is a sprinter who gets himself in a break. Sean Kelly used to thrive on this. You remind of him in this.

Looks like these guys in the break have no brains at all. If I’m in the break and I see the field is within striking distance of catching up. I’m going to go as hard as I possibly can so they don’t catch up before the line. At 500meters to go and I see field coming boom 600 to 700watts. That’s how to beat that situation
