i have a 7.3 and while i was extending the tongue jack it quit working. All i hear now is the relays clicking from the control box. I have 13.2 volts at the battery.

Right next to the user panel there is a rubber plug that can be removed to access the 3/8" square drive override. Can you turn this with a ratchet or a breaker bar or is this seized up as well? This could mean that the coupler from the motor to the drive screw is cracked or shattered, making the motor amp out.

The jack does work under a separate 12v power supply. I replaced the control box and it’s working again. Do you all repair control boards? Pretty sure it’s the relays for the tongue jack part.

@@abullarddesha12ify Unfortunately, we do not repair the control boards.

I have a 5.3 on my 2024 toy hauler, when I go to retract it after disconnecting it won’t move. Is there a torque limit on it? Itll extend easy but will not retract until it gets extremely low

The hitch height resets itself each time you extend the tongue jack to disconnect from your tow vehicle. When you are in Tongue Jack Mode, press Extend, then press Auto Mode, Auto Level and OK. If you could give us a call at 866-557-7788 we can better understand if you are looking to retract the tongue to reconnect to the tow vehicle or retract the tongue to manually level the RV.

@@NorcoIndustries it’s just in general it won’t retract in tongue jack manual mode like there’s too much pressure on it

A phone call might be the best way to dive into this. Retracting the tongue jack when the RV is disconnected from the tow vehicle, would allow gravity to assist in lowering the front end of the RV towards the ground. Extending the the tongue jack would require more power and amps and that is where it would be more logical that the weight and pressure could impact the function.
