I've always been a galaxy phone customer, however I drop it one to many times went in metro to replace it took a chance on this Nord 300...I am blown away by the performance, the video quality and overall fun in the functions of this phone...If your finances are tight this phone is going to give you the most fun and bang for your buck ..very very pleased with it. That's all. 🙏

Don't see how this is a 6a alternative, given that the 6a is better in pretty much every way aside from refresh rate and is in a completely different price range. I'm also confused that the N300 has a 720p display but the supposed predecessor, the N200, has a 1080p display

I think it has a strong competition against the likes of the Galaxy A13 or the A13 5G which seem to be better and cheaper especially the A13 which I prefer over the A13 5G. Just another unnecessary phone flooding the market.

@@kevinpitts3548 not a bad deal at all. I own an 8T which I love and I am now using as my work phone. I was trying to choose between the 10t and the 10 Pro and ultimately the pro variant one out. I love the flat screen of the 10t a little better than the curved glass but, I did not care for the lack of the slide selector switch for the ringer and the center-mounted punch hole for the front-facing camera. Although, I hear the charging speed on it is amazing. It's just one of those things you got to pick and choose the features that are most important to you. If your 10t is anything like my 8T which is now two years old you are going to love it. I am fortunate because I have both models of OnePlus phones now for personal use and work.
@kevinpitts3548 Жыл бұрын
@@dr.fitprofessor1970 the flat screen and their software is what drove me back. The charging speed is really good! Sometimes I miss the slider, but not often. I actually like the center selfie, but it doesn't really matter in the long run. I did end up finding a case that gives me flat sides (same with the Pixel too) and I like it even better now! I understand why they say it is a gaming phone! High settings on all of them! Unless I have a charger handy, I do turn them down to preserve battery life
@dr.fitprofessor1970 Жыл бұрын
@@kevinpitts3548 you should check out the RAM boost feature if you're into gaming. I use it on my 8T and 10 Pro. Both of my phones are of the 12 gigs of RAM and 256 gigs of storage variant. It's nice to be able to double up on the RAM for heavier tasks. I am using the poetic guardian series kason both of my phones for daily use bud, I switch to the poetic revolution series case if I'm doing something outdoors such as camping.

4:56 *Snapdragon 480. The Nord N300 only has a 720p LCD. If you don't care about MicroSD, headphone jack, 90Hz, the slightly better battery life and the faster charging, the Pixel 6a is the better option.
@crazyfun51502 жыл бұрын
I'd say for $299, the Pixel 6a Is a much better overall value. You get the fastest updates, more updates, a much better camera, a better processor and a ton of Google features. I'm a fan of OnePlus, but for $70 less, I feel like not giving us more storage, an ultra wide camera, an LCD screen, IP rating and maybe one OS update with 3 years of security patches is a bit of a ripoff in late 2022. Especially when the 6a as well as the Samsung A series devices of a similar price point offers more overall value.
@BrodeeRaney-zl1kf Жыл бұрын
The issue with this device is a new battery is over 300$ so you might as well upgrade and if you go your settings the one plus Nord 300 goes up to 8gb RAM of storage. No matter what it is 230$ can the consumer complain that much?

Not a bad phone if you get the usual carrier deals with it, which is usually for free or like $50 for port-in. As someone living the unlocked life, it's underwhelming. Most budget phones come with an ultra-wide camera, and I'm seeing a 720p display being advertised for it, 1080p is pretty standard. Front display is kind of outdated now too. A step back from the N200, which has a pinhole design. Has many things going for it though like a good main and front camera, big battery with great fast charging, SD support, and a great processor. Looks well behind budget phones by Xiaomi and Huawei though. Luckily for them most people don't know about what's really out there.

I agree. This phone is fuckin garbage. No memory, every time you leave the app and come back it's refreshes the entire app, It's buggy and constantly deleting my files and documents , the refresh rate is good at the beginning of the phones lifespan. I hate the square body as the phone CONSTANTLY slips right out my hands every single day. The screen is pretty durable . But that's really about it. So many better budget alternatives out there like the motorola G. Same price way better processor. This phone Has the dumbest Features too so they make you want to upgrade, who asked for Sliding the back of your screen to go back a page. And why is it so easy to do. You'll end up doing this on important texts, edits, etc on accident losing hours or minutes or work. They have this stupid phone rotate button whenever your phone is vertical which should just be toggled in the settings . I hate how most this phones features you can't turn off and just have to deal with them. They're pretty annoying and I think that due to not being able to disable those features is what truly makes this a budget phone. Not it's lack of specks.
