Nord Stage 4 Cloud Reverb vs Strymon Cloudburst Reverb Pedal

The Nord Stage 4 has a tremendous effect section and one of my favorite effects is the cloud reverb....but how does it stack up to a dedicated reverb pedal? In this video I compare the cloud reverb that comes on the Nord Stage 4 with the Cloudburst ambient cloud reverb effect pedal from Strymon. Along with comparing the actual sound of the reverb effect, I also talk about the different adjustments you can make on both reverbs.

However, I accompany it with the "Hall of fame 2" from the Tc Electronic brand and it sounds spectacular, similar to a Nord Stage. Without a doubt, with the Cloudburst you will sound phenomenal.

Thanks for all you videos. I would like to see more videos about the synth engine. I bought your two NS4 packs yesterday and am very satisfied. It's exactly the right concept to create programs and presets using only the factory samples. Many users don't like to delete anything. All the Artist signature programs are very exotic in my opinion and less practical for everyday use.

They forgot a side chain gain reduction compressor for reverb ducking...this way one can play fast notes with a shorter reverb and when stop playing a Cathedral reverb will kick in. Just getting creative about effects.

I don't understand why you would need to buy this, it's all already on the Nord 4.....
