@@ThePetieProject tried it, def was a fun experience 😅 I also incorporated your rubber band tip when doing those flying nordics. Much better that limiting range of motion. Keep doing what u do man, its interesting to see your take on Kneesovertoesguy stuff!

How is your windmill dunk progress coming?

Still a work in progress. Unfortunately it's not a linear progression. I've hit a few roadblocks recently with my knee pain but have also continued to make progress in other areas. I'm getting some lateral and reactive quickness back through pickleball and hope to experiment with more basketball soon. Thanks for checking in on it!
