Nordschleife Crash - is it always safe to stop and help?

The description says it all... Wanna help? Think first, is he in urgent need? If he is, do it safe, park your car safe beyond the accident and make sure the coming traffic can't hit you. Dial emergency number first! Walk behind the fence. Send someone to warn the traffic but make sure he does it safe. I saw people running on the track risking their own lifes... Your life isn't worth that... Use your brain or else move on and let the marshalls do the job.
