I like NS as a rail fan, but I don’t feel they treat their road crews with respect and acknowledge them not with words, but tangible actions appropriately for them actually holding NS together! The line every day workers who sacrifice a lot; missing their families and life events are who keep NS moving on the rails!💪💪💪🔥🙏

PSR stands for "Precision Scheduled Railroading". It's a way of delivering things with consistent departure schedules

The railroads have be MBAing themselves since the 1900s. There aren't a lot of efficiencies to gain or maintain. This is all smoke and mirrors for the stock value reports.
