On October 10th of 2018, we chased Norfolk Southern’s B44 local on a rare daylight run to the Jiffy Mix plant in Chelsea, Michigan. Jiffy Mix is a brand of baking mixes marketed by the Chelsea Milling Company that has been producing the mixes since 1930. The company was previously named Chelsea Roller Mill and was founded in 1887. Chelsea Milling are known nationally for their products being packaged in a recognizable, small box with the brand's logo in blue. The next time you consider purchasing Jiffy Mix, you’ll now know where it’s manufactured and that the mill is served by Norfolk Southern.

I'm 75 and you fill my day everyday. You and those who assist you are the best at what you do. At the moment I'm watching the Indiana Northeastern video this is the best one in my opinion as it has many camera views. All your videos are educational about the subject you've produced. The other folks just shows train some have written info not much to look at. The Signal man from Florida is my second favorite videos, but your # 1 thanks for doing what you do for us in giving interesting and educational intertainment

Very Cool! I hear that train come through at night - you can hear it when it's between Grass Lake and Chelsea. The coyotes yip and yelp when the train goes through. I worked at Jiffy for a while - they still use packing machines from the 50's and the place is very clean. They used to have tours. I think every kid in Chelsea schools have been to Jiffy - my kids included. Thanks for the video.

Nice video. Since everything is made of plastic a injection molding plant is a good idea to model too. Several plants of different designs are in my neck of the woods. Atlas makes the 5250, 5701 and 5800 capacity ACF hoppers. Walthers has the NSC 6200 capacity car. Athearn and Bachmann have a basic model. Now for someone to offer a Trinity 5850 and 6200, Freight Car America and ARI/ Greenbrier model.
