You had to be there to fully appreciate this performance. The NSU band sounded AWESOME! People in the stands near me were in awe. Some mouthes were wide open. Great job Legion! See you Monday in the Tournament of Roses parade. You deserve to be on this grand stage!

The song is called Behold. It's the school theme song. They do the pass in review at the beginning of every home game. Behold is the last song they play at every game.

My cousin was in southern marching band and came in the 80s Doing a whole Earth Wind and Fire.That was first see a HBCU Band. NorFolk you made all black.peolple proud.Great.I have former student teacher LAUSD all city marching color guard.The friend teaches Pasadena city college.

Very nice. I just can't get over the flag squads old fashion uniform, boots and pom poms. I graduated hs in 1982 and we had the same uniform, boots and pom poms. Other than that, very very nice.

Yes they did. The band does this pass in review at every home football game and is one of the few bands that does one regularly. Being that pass in review is traditionally a military function it fits why the overall theme of the Spartan style of the band which you will find in old movies like Spartacus. Outside of the military bands who's appeared in the parade over the years the Spartan Legion is probably one of the few bands who actually did a proper pass in review.
