Thanks. We often pass these mills by boat, so it’s interesting to get a different perspective from land. I thought it was appalling that you had to curtail your walk because the footpath wasn’t maintained properly.

The Church is not abandoned. Regular services are held there. The old wooden pews were removed due to death watch and other wood eating bugs many years ago. Close to £1m has been spent over the last 30 years.

@WalkingintheWildwithJoeJackson I've just watched your recent How Hill video, and I've never done the nature trail ! I only live up the road, and I've been there so many times, so I'm not sure why I haven't done it, so I'll add it to my list 😁
