After defeating Walter Ray Williams Jr. in their legendary matchup to kick off the King of the Lanes tournament, Norm Duke then took down reigning King Wes Malott. In the second hour, Anthony Simonsen took out EJ Tackett before becoming Duke's third victim of the night. Duke now awaits his next challenger during Night Two of King of the Lanes.

Norm by a long shot. Of course, Walter's 47 titles are an amazing feat, but the time alone that Norm's stayed competitive (still the youngest player to win a PBA Title, and now the oldest to win back-to-back, and probably soon will be the oldest to win a PBA Title along with being the youngest!) is a testament to his longevity and skill since '82.
