The "boast" joke is hilarious, and delivered perfectly. Subtle but hilarious. The absurdity of "boasting" being a notable crime of Albert Fish warranting a scolding by Norm followed later by a shake of Norm's head, feigning bewilderment and annoyance at the temerity of Albert Fish to be a boaster.
