No one has their delivery perfectly timed like Norm McDonald. Notice how even back in the 90s he had a barb regarding who was calling the shots in DC... "this Chinese guy here". He'll be missed by so many of us who watched his career grow in real-time for years to come, meanwhile many younger people will find clips of him all over and keep his comedy alive.

Norm explaining the joke when it bombs are some of my favorite few seconds of comedy. Spade said that for most when a joke bombed in dress rehearsal for SNL, everyone else would cut it for the live show. Norm however, if he thought it was funny, would do it anyway.

Norm played "the dumb guy" so well. And I say that affectionately. He also had a funny way of telling bad jokes. Almost like he could care less if he got laughs from the audience. I can't think of many comics who could do that.

It's 'Lights Out With David Spade Weekend Update Reunion' with Spade, Norm, Dennis Miller and Kevin Nelson, Colin Quinn. There's 3 clip segments about 7 minutes each and they all bring their A roast game just burning each other. It's the last time they all appeared together. Comedy gold.
