The Sickest I've been in Years

My family first got the norovirus which was pretty terrible. Then less than a week later we all got influenza. It's been absolutely brutal. But I still have to keep the business running so I swung by the shop and did a little light work.

I hope you (& Family) feel better soon. I had Covid Dec 2023 around Christmas. This year I got Influenza-A around Christmas. No good! Unfortunately, by the time I realized it wasn't just a cold, I was past the 48 hours to take Tamiflu. Took me about a month to totally feel better. Was exhausted for a couple weeks. I would definitely take the strain of Covid I got over the Influenza!

Oh man, I caught the flu hard when I was in my 40s. I was down for 10 days and when I went to work on the 11th day I literally couldn’t do my job for my hands shaking too much. Took another few days before I could come back in earnest. Feel better.

Ive been sick since Dec 21st.....still feel bad and running low fever....of course im around 27-30? years older than you? ive had a oxy machine for the past 2 weeks.....i cant throw this .....whatever it is off...i spent 3 days in the hospital and still sick. Hope you get better!

Curious how trade-ins work on consigned cars? If you are willing to buy the trade, I assume you would buy it for inventory and apply the price against the consigned car being purchased? If not, does the customer pay the full price for the consigned car and then is on his own to sell the car he wants to trade in (whether that is by the usual channels or by consigning the “trade in” with you)?

If someone trades in a car on a consignment car, we have to buy the trade and give the difference to the consignee. It's a little strange.

Hi Dan, not related to the video, but I thought that you would find this interesting. A group of Armenian thieves have been arrested in Miami. They hacked into auto shipping brokers and rerouted cars to a different destination. They targeted Ferrari’s, Lamborghini’s, Rollers, etc. Part of a large ring.

I hope you get to take the SF90 out. I don’t care what all the sheep who say they are no good say. Most haven’t even driven an SF9@. They are REALLY good and fun cars. Forget all the silly negativity you’ve heard and go in with an open mind. They are amazing and I’m sure they will come up in price again, once the zombies and parrots are done repeating the same useless nonsense. You’ll be surprised at how engaging it is at lower speeds.

Yeah, I really like the 296 so I suspect I'll really like the SF90.

@@normalguysupercar They are very different. It does not feel as light, but it has much more feedvack through the chassis and steering. It is more planted and does not have that “busy” and slightly unsettled chassis feeling the 296 sometimes have. The throttle response is nothing alike. It’s like stepping on a landmine, where the 296 feels much more tame unless you’re way up in the rpm. Hope you get to take it out.
