Excactly what i was trying to create, since i created something similar to this in tableau, was wondering how to do it in PowerBI, but could find the solution. It a really smart hack... As for tool tip, create a new page, use cards to show the values you want to show, and use that page as tool tip to replace these default tooltip values. You can also create formated string to make it look default tool tip Cheers !
