Angela Brown I agree. Your brother is the real deal. I have been listening to him since I was a teenager as my Dad would play all of his music. I listened to it before my basketball games. My teammates didn't understand why I listened to him while they listened to rap music. I had alot of great games from getting into the groove with Norman's music. Thanks Norman!!! Keep the great music coming!!!

You are beautifully divine, love to you all and y'all know I love my sister who plays the Tamborine as well as I play the Guitar. Thank you for expressing light uplifting my spirit. My new CD "The Highest Act Of Love", is a continuation of our journey as spirit beings on earth. The enjoyment of life is the goal of evolution as our bodies are the vessel through which God enjoys life on this planet. What an honor we've been blessed with.

Thanks for the uplifting and relaxing music you put on over the years. You, Craig T. Cooper, Najee, George Howard, and many others are the reason we can move on with our daily lives with the soothing talent God gave you all and it is true that music is the universal language that the Man Upstairs gave us to enjoy life. Peace and take care, brother!!!

Respectfully, I don't receive that you are the real Norman Brown. While your words sound exactly like him, your Channel's Playlist doesn't reflect his interests. 😉 But, it's nice that you honor him in this way.

Hey music lovers and those of you that gave likes to this song, you've got to get the CD. "Let it Go" is a magic carpet ride of tracks that captures the spectrum of "Stormin' Norman's" spiritual ambiance, while still embracing his usual sultry connections to love and happiness that echoes in every pluck of the guitar strings that he so eloquently plays. Great collaborations with his BWB co-horts Rick Braun and Kirk Whalum, Chante Moore, Marion Meadows and a cool cover of one of my favorite 70's classics "Ooh Child" featuring vocalist TrayCar. Two snaps!

It's a shame that most of these comments are about being the best guitarist or the next George Benson. All this does is hold this guitarist up to a concept or accomplishments, when we each have our own path. I won't even begin to talk in terms of being the best, because that can be qualified in many artificial ways. When I met George Benson in 1971, spending time backstage with him as a left-handed guitarist, he was winning Downbeat Magazine readers' polls as best jazz guitarist, sitting there playing instrumentals. Of course we all know what happened when he stood up behind the microphone and started singing, and we all can only say that he brought a new level of music production to the Billboard charts and the world, his blend of r'n'b, jazz and funk, mixing that up with very choice elegant songs. Norman Brown is smooth, but when "It Keeps Coming Back" is where you're at, you've got to move forward. I hope I don't accidentally bump into your mother. What would happen if she likes me better?
