Presumably, bridge, a combination of two of the coils from the bridge and neck (inner or outer coils) both buckers, two of the coils again (opposite of position 2) and then the neck.

I have a 5 way in my 2 pickup Ibanez. 1.bridge only 2.bridge/neck inner coils split 3.both hums at the same time 4.neck in parallel 5.neck only

Disappointed because I was half hoping you'd try Anastasia by Slash with that acoustic intro and that electric follow-up that he sometimes uses a double neck to do.
