Sometimes it’s hard to tell if you’re actually going to throw up when you feel nauseous. Like sometimes you throw up but then other times it goes away in its own

The first mistake was going into work when she obviously sick, the second is nobody was wearing any gloves while handling the salads, the third was that they didn't throw out the salad that she touched (they should have thrown the entire container out since her hands were in it), and I guess they should have immediately mopped the entire floor with bleach (soap and non-bleach disinfectants don't work against norovirus).

Most restaurants get mad if you call in even if you’re legitimately sick. You can tell them you aren’t feeling well and they will say “doctors note or come in.” Most waitresses don’t have healthy insurance, so they end up going into work. So glad I don’t work in food anymore. Multiple restaurants I’ve worked at were like this.

She really should’ve. That bug is HIGHLY contagious. Not only that, they should’ve pitched those salads and sterilized that whole kitchen. I caught it when I was in college 10 years ago with constant diarrhea. It wasn’t fun

This is a realy violent virus . i have never felt so ill in my life . i would not wish this on anyone . it just came on within minutes , and for three days i was constantly vomiting every thirty minutes for three days . My Energy levels went down so bad , i tried to make it to the wash room and i thought i was going to collapse . i really was so frightened , i thought i am not going to see tomorrow . i thought something was taking my life and soul away

That might have been the Rotavirus. The Norovirus is the "stomach flu" that typically lasts about a day or 2, and the Rotavirus is the "stomach flu" that typically lasts 5 to 7 days. I'm sorry you had to deal with that regardless.

I’ve got Norovirus right now. It sucks. My mom was sick with it yesterday morning, I felt fine and went to school. By the end of first period, I felt like I was gonna shit myself so I went home. I immediately had to use the bathroom when I went home, and I laid in bed trying to sleep for hours. I got up to take ibuprofen and on the way back to bed, I hustled into the bathroom and vomited by guts out twice. I hate being sick

I had a strange illness a couple years ago where overnight I woke up with an upset stomach then about a couple hours later i woke up with the chills and aching muscles and then the next morning i had a headache I wonder if I actually had norovirus or some kind of flu
