its an easy solution, if you force a driver off track.. penalty, no matter the circumstances if you go into a corner and deliberately release the brake forcing the other driver to have to abandon the corner because you're ahead in the points and it matters less to you if you both crash... penalty... if you commit those offences multiple races in a row, race ban for the next race... put gravel traps on every significant corner and enforce the white line rule at EVERY occasion weather teams claim the cars cannot make it or not, they can make a car that advanced.. they can make it fucking turn 😂, they wouldn't do 99% of the shit they get away with at normal tracks at Monaco so why let them do it anywhere else....and one last thing, a race ban should come with a 50 point deduction too, no matter who it is, even if it puts them in negative points

So if you want to push other cars wide and off the track and pass them do it on turn 1. If you are the lead and defending, push the car passing you wide is fine so long as they pass you off track and are forced to give you the place back or get a penalty. Russell deserved the penalty, he wasn't in front at the apex of the corner. Max was in front which meant Lando couldn't overtake and Russell couldn't push a car off simply because they weren't in front at the apex. No it doesn't matter if Max then go's off the track inside Lando.
@BlackCat0315Күн бұрын
All drivers are required to keep their cars within track limits. If a car goes beyond track limits either deliberately or otherwise and they take another car with them, then that is forcing another driver off the track. Max did this twice and being ahead at the apex does not mean he is entitled to force others off. The fact is that Lando had gained 3rd place and Max forced him off the track in his attempt to get that place back. This has got to be dealt with or otherwise they might as well introduce a rule that states no-one is allowed to overtake Max or defend against him.
@zoons6323Күн бұрын
@@BlackCat0315 Max didn't force Lando off to get the place back, he released his brakes and tried to go further into the corner taking both of them off. Lando was never in 3rd until he was off the track hence he must give back the place.
