It's on top of my bucket list. It's the main reason I decided to give triathlon a go. I won't try to sign up for another 4 or 5 years though. I can barely stay afloat at the moment.

I have the feeling that this race is very special and Jan is almost unbeatable. Losing 5min on the swim means nothing for this course. If Jan can ride away from Sebi on the bike his W/kg are very very good. Plus the run is extreme. Being fast on normal courses does not help much.

A bit strange, I think Seb missed out on that he needed the backpack when running down. he + his supporter. it was clear in the rules + the info from the race that it was needed.

Yeah, this year was his farewell tour, no championship races anymore this year and he does not have a trainer as well. Just trained for himself for fun and did races he wanted to do like New Zealand and Norseman, but before they were too close to races he had to do.
