This is super interesting. More an adventure than a race, as you note. All the time you spend at checkpoints, talking to the camera, it just seems weird to me as someone accustomed to racing. Very proud of you, I did check the times the day after and was so pleased you got to T2a in sub 11 but gutted for you about the high course. I have bought a bike because of you and still getting used to it but hopefully I can get to a triathlon soon, just need to spend more time in the pool

Excellent result! Too bad about the closure of the high course. I did the race in 2015 missed T2a cutoff so "only" white T-shirt then back again for more suffering in 2016 when I finally completed the high course.

Well done !Sidenote I did Norseman in 2012 , it’s important to note that at Norseman you are racing others not time cuts like celtman … so make sure u are in top 160 for black shirt cutoff , good luck the ferry jump and swim back is amazing !
