The pin at 21:25 is based on the R movie when Usagi lost her transformation but after purifying Fiore she was seen with those ribbons before turning into Princess Serenity ♡ but honestly that pin is beautiful, so glad to see so much creativity out there cause I would love to have these myself!

Probably saying the obvious but the Japanese on the back of the jacket means "In the name of the moon, I'll punish you!" or more literally "[suki]Moon [ni]for/on [kawatte]behalf of, [oshioki]punish/revenge [yo](this has no English translation but in this usage it adds strength to the conviction of her belief in what she is saying and also indicates that this statement is a warning or threat, Usagi is telling off her opponents and warning them that she is going to take revenge by punishing them, it also hints at the possibility that there may be a way for the opponent to avoid the punishment if they repent in some way)"
