I find most headlight flashers are too fast, doesn’t give enough time for the halogen lamp filament to get full brightness

@@kappajohns5416 I agree, but halogen flashers draw a lot of attention. That’s why in the 2016-2019 Ford explorers had a halogen high beam. But technology will only advance and leds will become every bit of emergency lighting.

Why flash the turn signals in the rear and not the reverse lights?

Some states/provinces don't allow flashing white to the rear, so maybe that was a factor.

What logical purpose does a FD vehicle need a push bar?

If they are a rural department, going off road to protect against trees or other damage to the radiator area. Also to protect from hitting wildlife. They may also be authorized to push vehicles.

@@jastubler it’s a qrf vehicle. Could be used for tech rescue, shuttling people or equipment into rural fire scenes
