I don't buy this BS. Bring Broadway out of Retirement. Recruitment is not the problem here. This dysfunction starts at the top! Details are missing here. Regardless of what playing schemes you used, the nonverbal cues on the field show no coaches talking/encouraging to players, and no players are talking/encouraging each other. This must change immediately, or we will lose what we have when the portal opens. Their confidence and discipline are TOTALLY SHOT.

Next time please use data/stats to discuss how this team is improving. Just like teachers in NC use stats to drive progress and determine their overall progress. This coaching staff need to do the same.

We need to hire a big-name Coach to go along with a big-name A&T State University. Jackson State has sent the blueprint. We need a Ray Lewis type of Coach. Coach Lewis's name alone would bring even greater talent to the #1 HBCU in the country.

@itsvenises2520 He has won everywhere he has been. currently at A&M, he is 35-27. You are missing the key component. He will dominate recruiting in North Carolina. Especially in the Fayetteville Winston area. He is a winner. Period.

@@aaronbrown9048 he is not a good candidate, especially if you want to be a good FCS playoff team. Better candidates Would be Kade Bell or Ryan Smith otherwise keep brown.
