Starting to finally see a dip in the market. Most people I know including myself don't want to pay for a 450 - 600k home that is clearly not worth that price point. Especially, when the interest rates are so high at 7-8 %. Monthly mortgage on these things are way to much for the average buyer. Who wants to pay almost 3k on just mortgage alone?

I don’t blame Sellers because who would like to trade a low mortgage, low interest rate, low price for something insane lol😂…my house is now $1.2 million
